Why Some Do, and Others Don't Support Immigration Reform | National Catholic Reporter

Why Some Do, and Others Don't Support Immigration Reform | National Catholic Reporter by MSW.  MGB: They missed the overriding threat that is at the heart of the others - the political threat. Pro-life Catholics and Evangelical Protestants, particularly males, are hard core Republicans who fear that even GOP strongholds in the west and south will be overwhelmed by people who are already here but cannot vote (legally) - but will vote Democratic when given the chance - giving the Democrats a 52 state majority (since DC and PR statehood would not come far behind).
