History, Syria & Obama's Speech | National Catholic Reporter MSW.  MGB: Obama did not support the Iraq War, so he has already learned the lessons of that fluster-cluck.  As far as Bosnia, he did not need to learn lessons on how to defend Muslims, since we are still doing that in Afghanistan, although the partisans in that war don't seem to get that if they stop shooting at us, we would leave sooner.  We really need to hit whomever is providing them weapons.  A little love top on the Pakistani military might just go a long way, assuming they are the ones financing the partisans.  Additionally, the Syrians themselves have shown that even the threat of action can get a weaker enemy to geek, especially since those with access to Assad and members of the military were widely reporting that they were panicking.
