US bishops: 'Firm resolve' to continue fight against HHS mandate | National Catholic Reporter They need to listen to Sister Carol, not Archbishop Chaput and Cardinal Dolan.  The actual practice of covering contraception in preventative policies began in December 2000 at the insistence of the EEOC.  The new rule simply makes it a zero copay.  As usual they are badly advised by the pro-life office.  This is a holdover from their humiliation on Health Care Reform.  They need to get over themselves.  This is all ego.
