WA State Bishops on Immigration Reform | National Catholic Reporter by MSW.  MGB: This is a nice letter and much more charitable to immigrants than the Senate Bill - and head and shoulders over anything the House would pass.  I am still for repealing all immigration restrictions, as well as right-to-work laws.  I suspect that if most factories or farms had to treat all workers according to union work rules, with union pay and governmental enforcement of both pay and safety, they would no longer prefer immigrant labor.
