The "Spoils Society" | National Catholic Reporter by MSW. MGB: The spoils society is the natural result of unregulated capitalism, which the financial sector surely has been until now. The only way around it is to end capitalism totally and move toward employee ownership and cooperative consumption. Only then does self-regulation make sense.
