MGB: Dubuquers will ultimately vote Democratic, especially if the laws challenging the mandate continue to be dismissed because they are not ripe because the final rule is not issued.  Once some of us make clear to Catholic Obama supporters that this shows these suits were a partisan stunt designed to manipulate their votes, enough will come around (since this is, in fact, the truth).  I first voted in Dubuque when going to Loras College.  I know my former fellow voters.
