MGB: Not only does Loyola give adjuncts slave labor positions, it seems like they also force them to take a vow of poverty.  There is is quick answer to unionization - simply expand tenure track positions so that all adjunct professors become assistant professors.  Teaching college is not a hobby.  In truth, this is another case where the claim of religious freedom is really a claim to religious power, which should be rejected by the Church as a whole and the government regulating the labor rights of adjuncts.
