SJ,.  MGB: The Bishops are not seeking religious liberty - which only adheres to individuals - they are seeking religious power over their employees and the faithful.  We litigated this once.  It was answered in Griswold v. Connecticut for governmental birth control restriction.  If the employer is, for the sake of argument, a government agent in relation to the ACA, then a religious employer seeking to limit birth control access is in violation of Griswold.  Period.
