MGB: I suspect that staff does most of the committee work - it is the hardest nut to crack.  As for the Secretary, this is the first round in who will be on track to be the eventual President.  I am hoping that Aymond wins rather than Broglio, since the latter is the obvious choice of the right-wingers.  It will certainly be a test.
