He gets a D for going along with his fellows on the myth that the Republican Party actually will do something about abortion and for perpetuating the myth that the contraceptive mandate is anything at all recent. The only new part is that copayments will no longer be required. While self-insurend plans might need an exemption, from what I understand, they are getting one.
