Crisis gives Biden his campaign theme: Champion the workers
The key to winning is negative partisanship. Hitting Trump on his stupidity. Using his own words whenever possible, is the current message. This may work too well; so well that Pence is the nominee. A run against Pence is where to play the worker card. Protecting the middle class is already a main theme on his web page.
