The reason the Mueller investigation happened was not because of the Steele diaries but because Comey was fired. That is on Trump. Had he done nothing, only aides would have gone to jail and there would be no SDNY probe.
The GOP may simply vanish, splitting the Dems into Walls Street and DSA. To save itself, the GOP needs to 1. Air Schiff & Nadler meat on TV, esp. Fox News; 2. Grow a spine for Pence to invoke 25th; 3. Support Weld in primaries & end NRLC scam; 4. McGahn @ Judiciary has Senate GOP force DT out.
