MGB:_The problem with Trump is that people believe a CEO will use his skills for the nation rather than himself or that someone like that welcomes the opinions of others. It is just not the case. Hopefully this will end the ”Elect a Boss” movement. Turns out Trump probably got a hotel deal, with nothing for South Korea or America.

The Democrats are convinced it takes money to win elections. As for recent national behavior, Clinton really bought the canard that poor people need to be deprived to seek better lives. Sadly, Obama had too many Clinton holdovers to do much to reverse him.
Ethics flowing from the Resurrection can go one of two ways. The first is toward an unlivable sense of piety which sees all things of the world as evil. The second is a morality based on our human nature rather than the divine nature, where God finds us because we cannot reach Him.
It is good that Fr. Martin is going. I hope he addresses whether gays are wonderfully made and what that should mean for doctrine.
