MGB:_The Center for Fiscal Equity, a Catholic social democratic organization, has also communicated its objection and some options to both the Senate Finance Committee and the Conference Committee. We believe that the deal reached Wednesday may be inadequate in avoiding a Byrd Rule objection, so further options need to be considered, including and especially bipartisanship.
