DiIulio on Hobby Lobby | National Catholic Reporter

DiIulio on Hobby Lobby | National Catholic Reporter by MSW.  MGB: The author missed the fact that Hobby Lobby does play religious music in the background.  They are not a Church, although their fouder and CEO is a minister.  There are enough circumstances to say that this might be a Church, including the concurring opinion text that the employees should have the same options if they want these forms of birth control (and no, they are not abortive - life begins at gastrulation - as any 10th grader in Biology class can tell you).  The bottom line for me is still that this case is about religious power - even if the firm is not part of the religious hierarchy - however its leadership seems to be.
