Bransfield send the staff who believe that serving Christ is best served by serving the Republican Party, then that may not be a bad thing.  Of course, if it chases out the moderates, that would be a bad thing.  Upper level jobs are not that easy to come by, so I doubt there will be a rush to the exits by anyone.
