I wonder how Judge Barrett's seminars dealt with labor law and capitalism. It would be an interesting question for her confirmation hearing. These questions are now fair game. Her faith itself is not - especially in the eyes of Midwestern Catholic voters. Hearings could either be quick, or she may say something that her GOP supporters don't like.
