Also, I think this does not include Medicaid expansion - which sadly is not universal - especially where needed most. Time to federalize Medicaid - call it a pro-life move as doing so ends the state optional payment for abortion services - making the expansion a pro-life vote - or proof that the NRLC is a GOP front organization.
